Lundy's Lane Historical Museum is one of the top of any tourist's to-do list. Operated by the City of Niagara Falls. Founded in 1961 the museum moved to its current location in 1970. The museum includes a large collection of artifacts from the War of 1812 as well as a world class collection of Souvenir China and Postcards. Admission is $3.00 for adults and $2.00 for children making it a perfect stop for a family vacation.
Niagara Falls played an important part in the war of 1812. Visitors will learn of the courageous Laura Secord and her spy mission. Of the heroic attack by the Americans and their battle with Loyalist Indians. The battle of Lundy's Lane and the Battle of Chippawa are well displayed, among photos of the reenactment of the battles.
