You can view the routes that they took nowadays by visiting the Freedom Trail. Here, you will get a good look at what the slaves went to in order to achieve the freedom that they deserved. When you are on the Freedom Trail yourself, you will get to see a lot of historical landmarks along the way. For instance, you will get a good look at the Historic Fort Erie as well as the Parliament Oak School.
